Max Ward

Max first started in the company as a workshop assistant, from there he went on the learn both sides of the manufacturing process, grp laminating and metal fabrication. In 2018 he began an apprenticeship as a welder, which he will complete in 2022. Learning even more about the job has been a challenge that max has enjoyed, especially unique jobs that are different from the usual and require thinking outside the box to accomplish.
