• What is a rough price?

  It can be frustrating when the price seems to be a secret, however all our products are made to measure, and it depends on size/style you are looking for – we do offer a, free no obligation site surveys & estimate. If you can give us enough information, we will try to give you a rough guide price.

• Do you have a showroom?

  We don’t, as we cover all over the UK – however, we can get in contact with existing customers near you, and if they give permission, you can go by and see their canopy.

• Do you offer finance?

  Yes, we offer finance. Click here to read our payment plans.

• Will I get a technical survey?

  Yes, if required – we may not need to but will let you know

• Can I use a power washer?

  Would not normally be required, treat like you would your car so as not to damage the product/water seals.

• Can I pay for my canopy in instalments if not on finance?

  Only on finance, we can arrange finance but we are not a lender. Click here to learn more on payment plans.

• Can I amend my order once I have signed the contract?

  This may be possible so long as the product has not already started the manufacturing process.

• Can my order change after technical survey?

  This may be possible so long as the product has not already started the manufacturing process.

• When is my balance due to be paid once my canopy is fitted?

  The balance is due on completion of the works.

• What is covered in my guarantee?

  All of our canopies come with a 10 year guarantee.

• Why is your product more expensive?

  For a like for like product we are very competitive. There are light weight inferior products available that will always cost less. We consider quality and safety to be paramount.

• Do you do any RAL colour?

  We are able to offer a full range of RAL colours.

• Do I get commission if I recommend someone?

  We give 2.5% commission as a thank you for recommendations.

• What product do you use for roof sheeting?

  We use a 3KG M² GRP roof sheet designed by ourselves, or various types of safety glass

• How much light comes through the roof sheeting?

  85% of light comes though the GRP translucent canopy and carport roof sheeting. The light is also refracted which sends light in multiple directions.

• Is the roof sheeting impact resistant?

  Our GRP roof sheeting that we us on canopies and carports has high impact resistances, conforming to all relevant building regulations.

• Does UV light effect the roof sheet?

  The GRP roof sheeting that we fit on car ports and canopies has a UV filter co extruded to protect it from UV light. The filter also protects people and material below the structure.

• Do you make carports and canopies in wood?

  We do not use wood as the frame work for our products. We use powder coated aluminium, Galvanised and powder coated steel and GRP (glass reinforced polyester) for our super structures. We find these to be more suitable and safer for most applications.

• On the 123v website there seams to be a lot of aluminium used, why is this?

  Yes we do use a lot of aluminium on our Verandas, canopies and carports. Aluminium is roughly a 1/3 of the weight of mild steel but in structural grade is about 30% stronger. Alloy is extruded so can be various shapes.
