The customer required a modern looking veranda, which required a projection forward of the normal post positions. This was to give adequate weather protection. They wanted to maximize the space that was usable to them, with all the benefits that a glass veranda can give to a home. It was essential to the customer that the Veranda provided a light and airy ambiance.
